All sales are final, with the exception of: if the item(s) is damaged due to shipping neglect on the carrier. All artwork/creations is/are unique and irreplaceable. Any damage that occurs in the shipping process is at fault of the carrier service. To begin the refund process, provide proof of the damaged item by email, include the order #, title of the item purchased, pictures of the box and damaged item(s), to be qualified for a refund. Once it's accepted for the return process, the broken item is to be returned by mail (shipping cost is the customers responsibility), then a refund will be processed to the form of payment used on file.
